Sauvie Island Sauna + Cold Plunge

Service Description

Join us for a unique experience of a sauna and cold plunge session on Sauvie's island with the team from Sauvie's Shrub! We'll meet at Willow bar beach and do some alternating thermal cycles. One group will start with a cold plunge and the other will start with a sauna, then we'll switch! Each session includes use of the sauna for 90 minutes plus some fun goodies and snacks. We'll be using the Columbia River as our cold plunge and it is the perfect temperature of about 47 ° We're pricing this experience on a sliding scale. Please the best price for your budget!
