A warm welcome to the Connect Wellness Community!

We are a grassroots community spa that focuses on the thermal cycle process of sauna + cold plunge. Established in Vancouver, Washington in 2021; we quickly realized we would want to take our show on the road. Our mobile spa allows us to bring our expertise and excitement to you! We promise hot saunas, cold plunges and good vibes. Our saunas are custom designed, locally sourced and hand built with materials from the PNW. They are wood fired with a temperature range of 180°-220°. Our cold plunges are filtered and chilled to 35°-55°. We have guided thousands of customers through this process and we can't wait to meet you!
